Northern Europe is a place on the World Map. It is represented by space 14.
Real World Location
Based on the map location, the best possible location to describe it would be Oulu, Finland. It could quite possibly be represented as Saint Petersburg because of its position on the Trans-Siberian Railway, but the space is too far north for that.
Notes
- Mark Harrigan's bio describes him starting in Helsinki, Finland. However, just as with Saint Petersburg, the city's location on the map is too far north to be Helsinki.
