Bio
Most members of the Muldoon family are part of the Boston police force in some way or another. Not long ago, the youngest brother Tommy got his badge. Armed with an eye for detail, fierce courage, and his trusty rifle Becky, young Muldoon is dedicated to law enforcement. Now he finds himself in Anchorage at the request of his cousin, the local sheriff. Something has been killing people, and off the record, his cousin says it's a wendigo. Tommy's not sure he believes any of that, but catching klillers is in his blood.
Defeated Encounters
Loss of Health
Tommy's equipment is in his hotel, but no one has seen him for days. Gain all of his possessions. You try to pick up the threads of his investigation (
). If you pass, you find Tommy tied up in a warehouse, beaten to within an inch of his life, and you get him back to his family in Boston to care for him; retreat Doom by 1. If you fail, Muldoon never turns up. Whether you pass or not, discard his Investigator token.
Loss of Sanity
Tommy tells you he's fine, but his tremors tell you a different story. He offers you his investigation notes. Discard all of his possessions and retreat Doom by 1. You try to convince him that he has to give up the investigation (). If you pass, he accepts the truth and turns his beloved Becky over to you; gain 1 Carbine Rifle Asset. If you fail, he won't stop investigating, and his body is found a few days later. Whether you pass or not, discard his Investigator token.
Team Role
Tommy's extra stat point makes gives him one more than almost all other characters at the start, and his ability to draw monsters away from gates or let other investigators ignore them can come in extremely handy.
